How to Order PDF Print E-mail

Placing an Order

To order a product online, click on the "Add to Cart" button underneath the product and then click on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart. Then select your shipping option, add your credit card details, confirm your order, and wait for the Thank You page to appear. After this you will receive a mail notifying you that your order has been received. If you do not receive a mail, your order might not have been received due to a technical problem and you may need to place it again.

To order by money transfer and with assistance of our sales team, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ; call us at 021-50182868 or 0811153283 (SMS only). After you confirm your order, we will give you the account numbers where you can transfer the payment. After you made the transfer, please confirm to us by SMS or email, and don't forget to give us your complete address and full name so there'll be no mistake occure in delivery of your package. After the fund transfer confirmed, we'll send your package immediately.

Please note that we deliver our products by using TIKI-JNE Services. So if you give us the correct address, we guarantee that you'll receive your order. For international buyers, we use EMS service. The shipment fee is according to the fee charged by the service providers. Make sure you ask our sales team about the shipment fee to your destination before you make your payment.


Payment

You can make your payment by credit card / paypal (for international buyers) or money transfer through BCA or MANDIRI bank (for Indonesian Buyers).


Paying by Card

When you pay by credit or debit card, your card is verified and security checked with your card issuer before the amount is reserved on your account. Your credit card number is checked against your name and billing address and you are asked to enter your card’s expiration date and security code to verify that you are the rightful owner of your card. The amount is then drawn from your account on the day that your order is dispatched.

If you receive an error message it means that your card has been rejected. This could mean that you have entered some wrong information, that some of your details don’t match, or that you lack sufficient funds on your account. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but cannot be held responsible for any delays, denied payments, or transaction fees connected with your credit card purchase.

Cards we currently accept are: Visa and MasterCard.


Pricing

All of our products are sold at fixed retail prices at the same price that you would pay with any other retailer. They shall not be any higher or lower than the official retail price of the product (except for occasional sales).

The price of the product shall be the price quoted on the website on the date of acceptance of the order by us. In the case of a pricing error on our website you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order.


Dispatch

Payment must be received and cleared before dispatch of your order.

Where products are in stock, orders are shipped immediately or within 2 working days (there are no orders dispatched over the weekend). If a product is not in stock, it will take a bit longer to be dispatched. If your order is still not dispatched after 10 working days, you will be contacted and asked if you would prefer to cancel your order. If part of your order is out of stock, we may split your order (at no extra cost to you). Please allow for a longer dispatch period over Bank Holidays.

PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.
